18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement
Every piece of content accessible on Pleasur.ai and any of our online channels, including but not limited to images, characters, avatars, and visual media, is exclusively generated through artificial intelligence (AI) technology. No real human beings were involved in the creation, production, or depiction of any visual content on this platform.
Any visual depictions that may be considered sexual in nature are not performed by real human beings, but are rather created via and a product of AI technology. These depictions are entirely computer-generated and synthetic.
The Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) is therefore not applicable to Pleasur.ai. Specifically, Pleasur.ai is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because the platform does not contain any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
The operators of Pleasur.ai are not "producers" of any depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of the statute. All visual content is synthetically generated through artificial intelligence algorithms and does not involve the participation, likeness capture, or depiction of any real human being.
